Full drafting development for permit - Downtown LA Facility

-This building is located in Downtown Los Angeles, CA It is a retrofit of and existing building. It is a design-build project led by Composition Construction the original requirements were: "Title Page for Building Permit Submittal this includes: Occupancy, Building Type, Parking Analysis, etc.. Floorplan: Get a detailed floor plan so that we can coordinate MP&E Engineers as well as structural. We have a set of existing floor plans that need added detail work. We would like to get these drawings to enough detail that we can coordinate with the engineers to get these plans submitted to the city as soon as possible. Any detail work can be added in after the submittal to guide the subcontractors to precisely what needs to be done. Walls, Bathrooms and Title page details are the most important.-"
